As described. I ordered a size M and it provides good support. Walking during pregnancy caused pelvic pain in my lower back, making it difficult for me to walk for long periods. Using the band makes it much better. Very happy.

I liked it! It's what I expected and it really helped me reduce the weight on my belly. The size was right for me, but it's not too big either.
